  • Created a Yahoo group for computer trainers.
  • ideas and techniques for using video (beginning level) in the classroom
  • did a webquest with my Independent student, she complete a beautiful Civil Rights Powerpoint show that I can use for my citizenship class. I was so proud of her. She was so proud of herself. It will be shown at our WASC visit.I can also learn from my students as they too have acquired computers skills and everyone is always sharing.

  • discovery of Gwendalina EL civics sites on Geocities has been worth a million
  • some of the things that I expressed interest in would need to be adapted for adults with diabilities
  • Improved typing skills with Typing pal, completed webbased Civics objectived, increased comfort level, my citizenship students have improved their dictation skills by typing their weekly sentences and adding graphics, We are able to share student stories, students are constantly asking to go to the computer lab, reluctant students are not leaving early when it is computer time.
  • Use cell phone cameras to take pictures that will be included in class work
