Discussion (1 hour)

In the nation's second largest school district (LAUSD) Instructional Technology Advisor Sean Abajian of the Division of Adult & Career Education collaborated with Burlington English to develop a six-week module-based "Train-the-Trainer" flipped-learning course using Schoology as platform. A score of 90% or higher was required for completion by participants ensuring a high level of competency. The highly scalable delivery model culminated in an in-person professional development in November where participants received their trainer certificates.
