With the goal of increasing the quantity, quality and effectiveness of online instruction for adult learners, and of leveraging online curriculum materials and professional development opportunities, OTAN ran an 18-month project titled Access to Learning through Online Education (ALOE). Hear from a panel of participants about the process, the challenges, the successes and the created resources.
