Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), calls for activities, programs, or services designed to help an individual acquire a combination of basic academic skills, critical thinking skills, digital literacy skills, and self-management skills. Common Sense Education’s mission is to rate, educate, and advocate for kids, families and schools. Learn how these two meet. The free K-12 digital citizenship curriculum and resources, and the revamped, free parent education program, Connecting Families, developed by Common Sense Media will help adult education programs in an effort to engage learners, teachers, and families in your community in thinking critically, behaving safely, and participating responsibly online.
