WIA FY 2011-12 Final Expenditure Claim Report Available Now

The Final Expenditure Claim Report (ECR) for Fiscal Year 2011-12 Workforce Investment Act Grants is available at this time at the California Adult Education Application and Reporting Web site (http://adulted.otan.us). This year, due to uncertainty in Adult Education, we have made this web form available early.

The Final ECR must be submitted online no later than August 15, 2012. One signed original must be mailed to the CDE.

If you have already submitted your Final claim you may disregard this message.

There are four submission periods for ECRs during the 2011-12 program year: October 1-31, 2011; January 1-31, 2012; April 1-30, 2012; and July 1 through August 15, 2012. This year we have made this web form available early. Please note, entries, even no-dollar amounts, are required in the Maintenance of Effort and Program Income/Fees sections of the ECR. If you have questions about how to complete those sections, please contact your regional consultant at the California Department of Education Adult Education Office at 916-322-2175.
