CA Adult Education Digest for February

The Adult Education Office of the CA Department of Education sends out a digest of news, announcements and information at the beginning of each month. The CAE Digest for February is available now. It contains announcements about the Technology and Distance Learning Symposium, Adult Education week in March, and the phasing out of some CASAS tests, as well as links to many professional development opportunities, including the GED Teacher Academy, online workshops and classes, and the CASAS Summer Institute. A couple of useful Web sites are also highlighted, one with many short how-to videos, and another that makes available data on working and poor families in California.
