WIA Application Posted
The application for Workforce Investment Act Title II funds is now
available online. You can always locate the application via the CDE Adult
Education Office Web site section on Federal
Grants. The grant application is only available to returning agencies that
received WIA funding last year. The application is due in the CDE Adult Education

Legislative Analyst Unveils Review of State Budget
California's Legislative Analyst Liz Hill is estimating that the state
budget shortfall is $1.5 billion more than the $14.5 billion estimated by
the Schwarzenegger administration last month, a smaller increase than many
