Administrator's Forum
The California Adult Education Leadership Projects (CALPRO, CASAS and OTAN) have organized the Adult Education Administrators Forum (the Forum). The Forum provides a venue for adult education administrators to critically engage with their peers on topics that effect the development, management and sustainability of their adult education programs.

I-BEST Model | Strategic Planning | Administrator as Business Manager
The very successful series of webinars produced last spring by the leadership projects is back this fall with a new line-up of online workshops. All sessions are online on a Tuesday afternoon from 2:30 to 3:30. Take an hour of your time to learn about a topic and share some ideas with your colleagues.
All sessions will be recorded and posted for later viewing, but attendance at the event will allow participation in the discussion and Q & A.
The I-BEST Model for Transition to Work – February 18, 2010

Are you interested in a new instructional model that supports ESL students who are preparing to work as caregivers? The adult education program at San Diego Community College District has created a VESL course for Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers, with an ESL teacher and a Registered Nurse in the same classroom. Their first class graduated in January with positive results. Hear about how administrators created the class, how teachers collaborated, and how learners responded.

Presenter:
